Catherine Dayhoff is a skilled & season Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with a beloved speciality in orthopedic acupuncture. Acupuncture stimulates the body to release dopamine - the feel good hormone, serotonin - a mood stabilizer and down regulates the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) allowing the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to initiate the healing and regeneration process. All this allowing the body to reach a deep state of calm and relaxation.
Talus Rock Retreat Center is a stunning venue just minutes from Downtown Sandpoint ID, 5 minutes from beautiful groomed cross country ski trails, and 4 miles from Schweitzer Mountain Resort for Downhill skiing & snowboarding!
