Playtime yoga (kids ages 2 - 10): Winter Wonderland

Meet the crew of Wilderness Yoga at the Chapin Library Myrtle Beach for PLAYTIME YOGA, a fun-filled Christmas-themed kids yoga program that will get your little ones moving, stretching, and meditating. We will move through a combination of yoga poses, yoga games, songs, breathwork, meditation, and stillness. Parents are absolutely welcome to join in and practice alongside your kiddos if you like or feel free to sit it out and watch. Bring a yoga mat & bottle of water. This event is completely FREE and open to the public .
