PlayStrong Edmonton Girls Multi-Sport Summer Day Camp

PlayStrong Canada Powered by Game On! Sports 4 Girls USA is excited to bring Game On!'s award-winning summer camp to Edmonton, where campers of all athletic abilities K-5th are treated to an empowering and fun multi-sport experience. Name a sport – we play it with the added benefit of playing multiple sports daily. We know that learning the right way and understanding that sport leads to increased confidence and the ability to enjoy.

Whether you feel your daughter is athletically inclined or not, she will thrive. While sports and active play happen throughout the day, we also work to impact each camper’s growth as an athlete and a person. Through our Healthier4Me program, we integrate discussion and lessons that focus on self-esteem, respect, nutrition, teamwork, leadership, communication, goal setting, making smart choices, sportsmanship, developing solid bodies, and other core values and life skills. Camp also includes exposure to role models through highly-trained staff, our motivational speaker series, and more. Our passion and mission is to ensure every Game On! camper develops a deep sense of what it means to feel empowered, confident, proud, and “GirlStrong.”

Water and sunscreen breaks will take place throughout the day.

9:00 a.m. – Spirited Welcome! All camp games

9:30-10:10 a.m. – Sport #1

10:15 – 10:55 a.m. – Sport #2

11:00 – 11:40 a.m. – Sport #3

11:40 a.m. – 12:25 p.m. – Refuel with lunch

12:25 – 12:45 p.m. – Team Time/Healthier4Me

12:50 – 1:35 p.m. – Optional Activity #1 (menu changes daily)

1:40 – 2:25 p.m. – Optional Activity #2 (menu changes daily)

2:25 – 3:00 p.m. – Minute to Win It/Psych Up for Tomorrow/Pack Up & Pick Up
