Emily & Mike will lead this workshop featuring everyday activities where we can be more mindful of our habits of posture. Hands-on guidance will help deepen your experience & allow you to start developing skills that will put you on the road to recovery from current discomforts or injuries and support long-term health. We’ll explore sitting, standing, changing levels, and lying in constructive rest - simple movements that you can use to improve your over-all posture and health.

Whether you're new to AT or looking to strengthen your practice, this class is perfect for all levels. Sitting and standing do not need to be difficult. Find more ease in everyday life with the Alexander Technique.
