PLAYING With Possibilities: JEDI Learning Summit

The Arizona Emerging Leaders' Inititative is so enthused to invite you to its September Learning Summit - unlike typical conferences - this day will center Play, Healing, Rest and Connection. Without these elements, most JEDI efforts eventually falter, leaving staff members and organizational leaders deflated and deiscouraged.

Too often, we are witnessing staff burnout, division and frustration despite well-intended and valiant efforts to create and maintain cultures of belonging and inclusion. And that's why we invite you to spend the day PLAYING With Possibilities among fellow nonprofit professionals, consultants and community leaders.

Join us to experience some new and some deeply held traditional practices that will re-energize your spirit and reignite passion for EVERYTHING that is POSSIBLE when equity, inclusion, justice and belonging exist at the core of your organization.

Arizona Emerging Leaders Initiative is committed to creative efforts that allow for all interested participants - regardless of financial means - to attend this event, while also adequately compesating the labor, lived experience and expertise of presenters and coordiantors.

We have limited funding to provide some transportation reimbursement via $50 Gas Gift Cards (while supplies last.)
