About the Instructor:  Leighanna Nordstrom is a licensed relationship and sex therapist and the founder of Break the Mold Therapy. Through her signature workshop series, The F*ing Truth, she explores overlooked topics in sexual health, helping people build healthier dynamics, expand their knowledge, and advocate for themselves. Her goal is to create a world where every person feels confident, informed, and empowered in their sexual lives.
