Jillian is excited to breathe and flow and help you beat the midweek slump, in this all levels, all bodies vinyasa based class.
Class will center playfulness as you move (or dance!) your way through sun salutations and other flow sequences. Participants may be challenged with arm balances and headstands, but don't let that scare you away-- modifications are always available for every ability level.
While this class is sure to make you break a sweat, its all just prep work for cooling stretches and a peaceful savasana to complete your practice.
Kids and babies welcome, but there is no child care attendant.
