Playful Expression is a small-group, improv-inspired practice designed to help you:

• Slow down and stay present
• Listen and respond to what’s offered in the moment
• Accept and build on contributions from others
• Express yourself creatively without judgment

Through simple, playful games and exercises, participants explore this practice in a safe, non-competitive space. As you engage with the “offers” in the moment, you’ll often find yourself laughing, loosening up, and enjoying the process more than you expected.

No prior experience or performance skills are required — just curiosity and a willingness to play.
