Playfight is an embodied practice that combines play and non-violent fighting with a focus on connection and personal development. Through contact, we tap into our primal side, the strength in our bodies, and the wisdom of our emotions. This circle is open to any level of experience in playfight, no need to have a background in sports/movement/martial arts. The evening includes an introduction to playfight and its rituals, warm up games and space for around 6 playfights. This practice focuses on connection rather than performance so your level of confidence with your body is the perfect level to start with.
Doors open at 18:30 and we start at 19:00. To enter the building please ring 403, the studio is located at the end of the ground-floor hallway to the right. We provide tea and snacks, and if you imagine wanting something more substantial please bring it yourself!
The price for the evening is a range between €20-40. If you find yourself in a financial struggle and this range is inaccessible for you, please reach out and we can arrange something together.
