Seit 1996 prägt Playaz Recordings die Drum & Bass-Szene wie kaum ein anderes Label: Gegründet von den D&B-Ikonen DJ Hype, Pascal (und ursprünglich auch Zinc), wurde Playaz schnell zum Synonym für energetischen Jump-Up, club-zerstörende Cuts und echte Bass-Anthem-Momente. Tracks wie „Mr Happy“, „Busted“ oder „Killers Don’t Die“ sorgen noch heute weltweit für volle Floors und euphorische Stimmung.
