Play Your Voice: Sound & Breath for Self-Empowerment Workshop

Guided by Nancy Garcia-Paik, Self healing is the only true healing available to us. In this gentle, beginner-friendly workshop, Nancy will lead the group to explore simple yet seemingly magical vocal sounds and breath practices to release tension, support nervous system regulation and to feel a “remembrance” of your true Divine Nature.
We’ll approach healing with curiosity, ease, and a sense of play rather than pressure or intensity. You will feel an immediate shift! No experience is needed—just a willingness to explore sound in a supportive, nurturing group space.
Please arrive by 11:45. We will begin the workshop at 12:00pm.
The workshop will end at 2:00pm.
