A sanctuary to explore and create. This intuitive art experience is a chance to let go of inhibitions and connect with yourself.There will be a selection of immersive and mindful art activities that help you to slow down, act without purpose, and reconnect to your body, intuition and emotions.
It is held in a calm, judgement free space and you are invited to leave everyday responsibilities and expectations at the door and come in to play and have fun!
This event is for adults. No art experience is needed. All art materials are included.
