Play with paint!

A selection of immersive and mindful art activities that help you to slow down, act without purpose, and reconnect to your body, intuition and emotions.

Held in a calm, creative and judgement free space. You are invited to leave everyday responsibilities and expectations at the door and come in to play and have fun!

No art experience necessary - we will be focusing on the process, the output is irrelevant!

Event outline...

• Welcome exercises to support you to let go of the day and to ground yourself in your body and the space

• Main event - a selection of art activities, including: free painting (flicking, pouring, splashing), a collaborative intuitive painting and mixed media creations

• Rest and reflect to capture any emotions that come up

All activities and exercises are optional. Take part in any or all - there are no expectations and no right or wrong!

All materials are provided and drinks will be available. We suggest you wear something that you don't mind getting paint on!

Please note that the event is held on the third floor, accessed via stairs, and unfortunately there is no lift access.

Tickets are £15 but if you can’t spare that please take one of the free tickets that are available.
