Play with Clay!

A calming, creative class for all ages!

This class will empower participants to be creative, relax and work with their hands. We use natural, air-dry clay to express ourselves. There is no right or wrong way to use clay, since the idea here is to create and express from within. Depending on the level of the learner, we incorporate other mindfulness practices like stretches and hand yoga.
