Play with Clay - Decorative Candlestick

Build and decorate your own characterful 'Wee Willy Winky' candlestick holder. Using slab building techniques we will create a beautiful stoneware candlestick complete with a dish and handle. You will then decorate with coloured slip and sgraffito techniques making it truly unique.

Your work will be taken away to be fired. It will go through a bisque fire and then a glaze fire.

The candle holder + a beeswax candle will be wrapped, bagged and ready to collect approx 2 wks after the workshop date.

This is a fun and relaxing workshop, so just turn up and have a play.

Please bring an apron to protect your clothes.

We welcome young adults to take the workshop from 12yrs + when accompanied by a paying adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are able to provide credit / transfer onto another course or workshop if there is two or more weeks’ notice.

Within a two-week period, under no circumstances can we transfer you onto another event. We have incurred material costs & committed numbers to the tutor.
