Play Time: Connecting to Your Inner Child

Come join us for a deeper connection with our inner child and mix it with a little fun. We will do a short meditation to tap in and allow our inner child to join us! Asking questions such as “What are they craving to create and express” with journal time. Also, we will explore tools as to how to incorporate them more into our daily lives to feel seen and heard. Sometimes our inner child just wants to be acknowledged. Playtime is a must, so we will also add in a few Kids yoga movements, art, and laughter!

Tiana is a certified Reiki master, licensed in Past Life Regression (Soul Journey), certified in Cranio-Sacral, and an Integrative Energy Practitioner. Her studies throughout her life have included crystal therapy, pranic healing, Aroma Touch therapy, shiatsu, chakra dance therapy, transmuting energy into love light healing, intuitive oracle readings and psychic mediumship (people and animals). Tiana loves working with children and has her Child Wellness Yoga certification. She is also an ordained minister in pastoral care. Her natural healing gifts, gentle and peaceful nature and a broad study of energy healing allow for clients to experience deep healing and intuitive love.
