Gone are the days of rigid and robotic training that disconnects us from our spirit, and interrupts the wisdom and power and our fascia.
Gone are the days of isolated stretching to ‘become more flexible’ - also interrupting the power of our fascia.
Every action communicates something about us - how do we act when meeting an external demand? How do we lead? How do we follow?
Problem solve, observe your own patterns and create new pathways of thought, feeling and movement.

About Eduardo:
Sport scientist by trade, I grew up training in Chinese martial arts. After years of working in commercial gyms as a personal trainer, my interest shifted towards Crossfit, MovNat and Parkour. Then, I crossed paths with the Fighting Monkey practice, Vegetative Training and Fascial Fitness.
Since then, playfulness and creativity in relation to communication and development have become of great interest to me. It is through cultivating this interest that I have decided to share, through physical practices, how to embrace with confidence the ever changing nature of human moment, life, sport and career.
