The classes are suitable for Yogis who have a couple of years experience of yoga or who are physically fit.My classes are very spiritual in nature and concentrate on more than just the physical aspect of yoga.
We will have fun exploring some challenging postures and sequences.
You will learn how to improve your life, mindset and health in many ways.
The cost of the class is £12 drop in or £40 per 4 week block.
