Join us on Thursday 2 June for an evening of entertainment and celebration as we light the Dunstable Downs Beacon to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.The event starts at 7.30pm and will end at 10.30pm. The beacon will be lit at 9.45pm in line with other beacons throughout the country. The event is free and there is no need to book.
We encourage those who can to walk to the site. Don't forget to bring a torch as it will be very dark when the event finishes.
We hope it will be a lovely sunny evening but please remember to dress appropriately for the weather. Sensible footwear is recommended.
Food and drink stalls will be available. You are welcome to bring a picnic but ask that you take your litter home with you.
