Six countries. One night. One rooftop.
The Plated Circuit is an immersive culinary journey through six countries — all in a single evening, on one downtown Atlanta rooftop. Arrive by private glass elevator and travel station to station: France, Morocco, Mexico, India, Italy, and a USA finale, each plated by Atlanta hands with a Southern staple folded in.
At every stop, a small plate and a craft cocktail built to represent its country — plus a zero-proof version of every cocktail, so the whole table is included. The night moves across floors and terraces and closes on a 16th-floor helicopter pad with the skyline at eye level.
Landing on Thursday, July 30, 2026 — right in the heart of the World Cup Atlanta is hosting — it's the spirit of the tournament on a single rooftop: the world, in one night, in one building. Just 200 guests.

Arrival & Passport — France (15F)
Info: Arrive by private glass elevator and collect your Plated Circuit passport at the door. France opens the night: three cheeses, three cured meats, three jams, hand-passed.
Morocco & Mexico — 14F Inside
Info: Move inside on the 14th floor — lantern light and exposed brick. Morocco: braised cod over Carolina Gold rice with harissa oil. Mexico: a hand-pressed birria taco with consomé and cotija.
India & Italy — 14F Outdoor Terrace
Info: Out to the open-air 14F terrace with the Atlanta skyline. India: Chicken 65 over a Geechie Boy grits cake. Italy: a build-your-own gelato bar with Georgia peach and an espresso bar.
USA Finale — 14F Skyline
Info: The night comes home. An individual cast-iron Georgia peach cobbler with brown butter pecan crumble and bourbon glaze, framed by the Atlanta skyline.
VIP Helicopter-Pad Finale — 16F (VIP only)
Info: VIP guests close the night on the private 16th-floor helicopter pad — 360° Atlanta skyline at eye level, off-menu bites, and a printed, framed keepsake photo to take home.
