Plants2Table Menu

Starter

with local tomatoes and fresh raw veggies, finished with cilantro and lime.

Mixed organic baby greens, pickled radish, and shredded carrots, with a lemon

garlic tahine dressing.

Entree

Lightly crusted tofu with a tomato maple barbecue sauce. Complimented with

balsamic marinated shiitake mushrooms on a bed of spiced basmati rice.

Complimented with a side of braised carrots and herb roasted zucchini.

Medjool date balls, accented with cacao nibs, and dusted with shredded coconut.

Beverage

*Menu is gluten free, vegan, no added salt, no added oil, no refined sugar, plant based *Menu may experience slight shifts in response to fluxes in produce availability on the farm

4pm to 5pm A Food Garden Tour featuring Farmer Nick of Inyoni Organic Farm + Mike and Denise ( 55 & 54 years ) Young of aPlantBasedDiet.org

5pm Appetizers + non-profit update talk with Mike & Denise

5:30pm to 6:30pm Dinner followed by the Grand Finale of a beautiful sunset viewed from our dinner spot next to the food gardens!
