Plantoholics Friendsgiving with a twist!
Fran and Tom are hosting us this year in Fran’s newly built + renovated she shed! Address listed is for Salvation Army in East York where we will meet (parking towards back of lot) to carpool to their home which is about a mile down the road. Parking at their place is limited but if you are only able to slide in a bit later message me separately for the address. We will depart from Salvation Army at 6 on the dot so for this meeting please be mindful of the time.
Reminder that you can bring only yourself and we’ll be so happy to see you! If you would like to contribute to the evening read on below ⬇️
Soup Cook-Off:
Bring your most sought after cauldron creation for a chance to win votes and obtain award for best soup! Bonus points if the soup you bring is vegetarian. Our gracious hosts are vegetarian and it would be great for as many people to have the ability to try as many soups as possible (expecting a few to still be non-vegetarian which is completely fine)
You are welcome to bring your favorite crackers, bread, fancy butter, some sort of dessert or non-alcoholic beverages to share. I’m bringing apple pie chai made with almond milk 🍎
Don’t forget our swap table- bring seeds, plants, cuttings, harvest extras, pots, books, flowers, and anything else earthy/botanical/homemade to share with the group.
