Planting Intentions

Join us for Planting Intentions, a sacred Spring Renewal healing circle created to honor the Spring Equinox and the season of new beginnings.

In this hands-on, heart-centered experience, women will be guided through intention setting, gentle breathwork, meditation, and journaling—followed by a creative planting ritual. Each participant will paint her own flower pot, plant a live herb, and consciously infuse it with an intention for the season ahead.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and actively nurture what you are calling into your life this spring.
