What these workshops are-
Plant Therapy is a gentle, guided workshop that uses the act of planting and caring for living things to reduce stress, spark creativity, and build connection. Each session with Honey’s Pots & Props blends easy plant care education, mental health, and relaxing guided moments so you leave with a beautiful plant and practical confidence to care for it.
What to expect (1-hour session)-
Welcoming check-in: settle in, grab a beverage or have a bite to eat beforehand, and meet the group.
Brief plant intro: friendly, non-technical tips about your plant’s needs (light, water, soil).
Hands-on planting: choose a pot, soil, and decorative accents; pot your plant with guidance.
