The Stl Seeding Frenzy is hosting a combination plant swap/plant sale/seed give away. Information about the 3 different parts are being listed below. Ground rules for the plant swap:
1. Bring plants that are old enough and strong enough to transplant.
2. Plants should be free of disease and insects and worms.
3. All plants should be labeled,
4. House plants, vegetables, herbs, and flowers are allowed at the swap portion.
5. For vegetables, herbs and flowers please indicate if they are hardened off or noted that they are not hardened off yet.
6. Please bring something with you to carry the plants home. We will not be providing boxes or bags.
Plant sale information:
The Stl Seeding Frenzy admins will bring plants that will be available for purchase. The profit made from the sale of the plants will go directly into the seeding frenzy account. For right now we are not allowing donations of non-perishable food/toiletries for the plants that are being sold. We will post more information about what is available for purchase at a later time.
Seed swap details:
We will have the left over seed from the seeding frenzy, plus the new seeds that have been donated. If you have seeds to swap please bring them with you. If you do not have seeds to bring, we are also accepting non-perishable food, toiletries, new kids socks and underwear.
