Plant Parenthood - Integration Circle

Plant Parenthood's integration circle is a safe space for our community to gather, connect with other parents in-person, share experiences, knowledge, insights, and provide gentle accountability for our peers.
This group will be lightly facilitated by Rebecca and Eve. While the group is open to all, we will be particularly focused on how psychedelics and psychedelic integration relate to parents. Themes for exploration may include:
How to talk to kids about plant medicines and psychedelics
-Coping with stigma and shame in parent communities
-Adolescents and teen use of psychedelics
-Integration as a family process
-Healing intergenerational trauma
-Talking to your parents about psychedelics

Rebecca Kronman, LCSW, is a licensed therapist, mother of two and founder of Plant Parenthood, a community exploring the intersection of psychedelics and family. She is a psychotherapist in private practice in Lenape Territory (Brooklyn, New York) where she offers ketamine assisted psychotherapy and works with clients to prepare for and integrate after psychedelic experiences. Her work has been featured in GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, NBC News, Double Blind, Chacruna, Romper and The Psychedelic Medicine Podcast. Outside of work, she is a mother of two boys ages 7 and 9.

Eve Simonsen is a Co-Founder of REUNION, a family-owned brand that creates certified organic hemp and adaptogenic tinctures designed to ease anxiety, enhance sleep, and deepen one's connection to self and nature.

Additionally, as a certified psilocybin facilitator, Eve explores the potential impact of psychedelics on wholistic well-being, with a particular focus on womb health and awareness. She also holds certifications as a yoga instructor and health coach, and lives in Brooklyn with her two kids.
