Join us as we consume and connect with 3 plant medicine allies. These non-hallucinogenic plants help us connect to our mind, body and spirit. During this session participants are lead through the portal of the plant realm with Viri Barker, a licensed spiritual herbalist where participants will have the opportunity to invite the wisdom in these plants to heal, guide, connect, and show us ourselves in a different light. Participants should bring a notebook, yoga mat, and comfortable clothing. Ages 13+, please message us if you have high blood pressure, are taking blood thinners, or are pregnant or nursing.
