Plant Identification and Mindfulness Walk

Welcome to our Plant Identification and Mindfulness event! Join us for a morning filled with activities designed to help you tune into your surroundings. I will lead you through a short nature walk, a few mindfulness activites, and some plant identification to help you feel more connected to the American River parkway and, more generally, our beautiful Earth.

I am a plant enthusiast and non-expert. If you have any floral knowledge up your sleeve, you are encouraged to share with the group.

We will primarily go through our activities while standing, but feel free to bring a portable chair or surface for sitting if you prefer.
