About this Event
Commune with and connect with St. John's Wort, a summer solstice plant ally for depression. He is associated with the sun, activates the solar plexus and gives you the energy to move through darkness towards light. Please note St. John’s Wort interferes with some medications so please do your research before registering to see if this is the right plant for you. Although, you don’t have to ingest a plant to experience their healing. We will commune with and connect with St. John’s Wort, learn about his spirit, forage and make tincture to take home, all materials included.
This is an experiential, interactive, emotional, somatic, spiritual experience to build relationship with and deepen your connection with nature for healing and growth. You will learn:
- the physical, emotional and spiritual healing properties of St. John’s Wort
- plant communication, heart perception, somatic techniques to connect with nature
- ethical and spiritual foraging practices
- wildcrafting techniques
- witchy tips for spiritual practice
- how to decolonize self and land
- you will forage and make a tincture to take home, all materials provided
