Plant Class: Hawthorn

Hawthorn heals the heart physically, emotionally and spiritually. It softens and opens the heart to receive more love, moves grief and calms anxiety. This is a beautiful, loving, gentle plant to befriend.

We will forage flowers and leaves and make tincture and tea to take home, all materials provided. You have the option to add a second Hawthorn class in October to forage the berries and make tincture to combine into a whole plant tincture or just use the flower and leaf tincture alone. If you attend the class in May, the class in October is half off.

This is an experiential, interactive, emotional, somatic, spiritual experience to build relationship with and deepen your connection with nature for healing and growth. You will learn:

• the physical, emotional and spiritual healing properties of Hawthorn
• plant communication, heart perception, somatic techniques to connect with nature
• ethical and spiritual foraging practices
• wildcrafting techniques
• witchy tips for spiritual practice
• how to decolonize self and land
• you will forage and make a tincture to take home, all materials provided
