Plant Bingo™ Cypress

Plant Bingo™ is a community participation fundraiser hosted by Green Thumb Collective that brings people together through plants, laughter, and shared experiences.

Guests gather for multiple rounds of Plant Bingo™, where participants have the opportunity to receive plant-themed prizes donated by community members, sponsors, and local partners. Whether you're a seasoned plant lover or just beginning your plant journey, this event is designed to be welcoming and fun for everyone.

Each participant also receives a collectible event sticker as a keepsake from the Plant Bingo™ tour.

How it works:

• Check in at the welcome table when you arrive

• Drop off a minimum of one healthy plant for the main prize table

• Place any extra community gifts on the separate Community Table

• Find a seat and receive your bingo card (one card per participant)

• Play several rounds of Plant Bingo™

• Enjoy a 30-minute intermission and visit the plant swap table

• Return for more rounds of bingo

• Celebrate the winners and head home with plants, prizes, and new friends

Community Table Green Thumb believes in rewarding everyone. Guests are encouraged to bring optional gardening items to place on the Community Table. At the end of the event, participants who did not win a bingo round will have the first opportunity to choose an item before leaving. Examples of community items may include seed packets (not expired), new plant pots, gardening gloves, small tools, plant accessories, or other gardening goodies.

Important Information

• Each ticket holder must bring at least one healthy plant for the main prize table

• Cuttings and seedlings are not permitted for the main prize table

• Community Table items are optional contributions • Children under 13 may participate free with a plant contribution

• Plant Bingo™ is intended solely as a community engagement activity and fundraiser where all participants have an equal opportunity to receive prizes

Info: Take a break and enjoy a delicious lunch from our local food trucks, offering a variety of tasty options. Both cash and card payments are accepted, making it easy to grab a bite and a drink before getting back to the plant fun!

Info: Guests are invited to check in, get settled, and enjoy some new conversations. This is your chance to mingle with fellow plant lovers. It’s also the perfect time to grab a drink or bite from the venue, explore the setup, and get comfortable before bingo kicks off at 1:00 PM.

Info: At 2:00 PM, we’ll take a 30-minute intermission to let everyone stretch, refuel, and enjoy the venue! Step outside to explore the three on-site food trucks offering a variety of delicious bites, or head inside to the bar for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. Some vendors may even offer exclusive discounts or specials just for our Plant Bingo guests—be sure to check with your bingo host to see what today’s deals are. It’s the perfect time to refresh, connect with others, and get ready for the second half of the game!

Info: After 4:00 PM, get ready for Rapid Bingo—an exciting, fast-paced finale to the event! If there are still plants and prizes left, we’ll pick up the pace to make sure every item finds a new home. Numbers or cards will be called more quickly, rounds will move faster, and the energy will be high as we race toward the final “Bingo!” It’s a thrilling way to close out the event, so stay sharp and keep your cards ready—you won’t want to miss your chance at the last prizes of the day!
