Join us for Plant Bingo & Swap Mingle on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 at American Legion Post 241 from 4pm-8pm.
❗️Doors open at 3pm for swap/sale set-up & purchasing bingo cards.
Drinks & food will be available for purchase.
Adults ONLY except older children with interest in plants are welcome to participate.
Swap Mingle 🪴🔄
- Selling plants is $5
- Swapping is FREE.
- Grab a table & set up swap items. Trade, barter, sell.
- Plants & plant-related items may be sold, but sale items MUST be from PERSONAL collections ONLY. No small business or created items. Think garage sale style.
- At your leisure swap/sell from 4pm-8pm
- You don't have to swap to enjoy the event
Plant Bingo 🎉
- Plant Bingo will be from 6pm-8pm
- To participate you MUST bring a plant or plant related item to add to the prize table.
- One plant = One Bingo Card.
- HTF or rarer plants will be granted two or three bingo cards. This will be determined by the same levels from the summer swap.
- Additional cards may be purchased after a plant is contributed to the prize table.
- Bingo winners choose a plant or item from the prize table.
Door Prizes
🏆We will have some amazing door prizes, so don't miss out!
- Buy a drink or food item and get a door prize entry for each purchase.
- $1 Additional tickets
Vendors 🛍
- There will be a small select few local vendors featured at this event. More details to come.
Forward Indiana Pantry Contributions 🥫
- Help us fill the neighborhood pantries around the city with canned goods, ready to eat shelf stable items, toiletries, feminine products, granola bars, etc etc.
- Bring 5️⃣ items and receive either a an additional bingo card or an extra door prize entry, your choice!
FREE Table 🆓️
- Bring items you want to share with the community on put them on the FREE tables. Please only bring desirable items and avoid anything broken or "junky".
Donations 💵
- At the event, we will ask for contributions for future events and activities related to the group. Please consider supporting your favorite local plant group!
