Mark your calendars and stay tuned for the menu drop as we partner with Szechuan Palms, Old Thousand, and Austin Kuih Co. to cap off this incredible plant-based popup series. As an added bonus, Joyce Ni of Plow Bao will also be joining as a special guest Q&A during this casual BGFC community event.
**Note: $5 + tax cover fee for entry, and all ticketed attendees will have a chance to win raffled prizes from Old Thousand and other BGFC partners. Attendees will pay per menu item via Toast.

Throughout culinary school and various kitchen jobs, Florida Man AKA Old Thousand Executive Chef Jeff Brown found long-distance running, eventually becoming an ultra-marathon runner. As his training evolved, so too did his interest in fuelding himself thoughtfully with nutritious, plant-based meals.
That said, you don't need to be an athlete to appreciate Szechuan Palms, the plant-bsaed pop-up that is Chef Jeff's latest brainchild. A long way from Florida, the flavors of Szechuan Palms uniquely explore how dishes from his Career Cuisine (American/Regional Chinese) may be inflected with flavors from the cuisines he loved as a kids (such as American Southern, Afro Caribbean, and Cuban).
