Plant Based Lunch & Learn

Maybe you read about the recent Planetary Health Diet study or have a friend who went plant-based and experienced positive health changes. Perhaps you watched a documentary on plant-based diets and have been thinking about trying it out.

At this lunch-and-learn, two plant-based pros will talk about their journeys on a plant-based diet and answer your questions over a family-style lunch. You’ll leave with information, inspiration, and a packet of recipes for the vegan eats you enjoyed.

She’s a plant-based consultant for restaurants and individuals with her company, Ingreened.
