The DTU Alt Protein Project present our first event of the semester: Plant Based Food in Gastronomy !
Are you curious about, what alternative proteins are? The important effect that alternative proteins have on our food system? And how plant based foods are thought into the dishes in gastronomy? 🧑‍🍳🌱🫛
Then this is the event for you! It will be an evening, where we explore these topics through talks from among others, Monta Rozenburga, who is a chef with a lot of experience with creating plant based foods in gastronomy 🥘
We will also be serving an example of plant based food 🥙
