Plant Based Chinese Food with Baba Duck!!

In this class you will learn about the history of vegetarianism in Chinese culture and explore Chinese ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques with a hands-on dumpling workshop.

Learn how to fold, cook, and serve dumplings made with all plant-based ingredients!!

BaBa Duck began in 2020. With family from Hong Kong, Southern China (Dad), England, and Canada (Mom) their food is a reflection of their Chinese-American upbringing. Baba Duck's dishes feature Chinese flavors, cooking techniques, and American influences to share plant-based versions of their favorite treats.
