🔹 THE SALE OF PLANT AND MACHINERY WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 11:30am ONWARDS
🔹 BIDDING WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE VIA MART EYE. SEARCH MORNING AUCTIONEERS ON THE MART EYE APP
❇️Terms and Conditions for our auctions ❇️
All items are sold as seen unless it is otherwise stated by the auctioneer,
Anyone that places a bid on any item in person at the auction or on the mart eye app must be COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the item BEFORE making a bid as when the sale closes and you are the highest bidder there is no come back.
There is no vat on items unless stated by the Auctioneer or in the catalogue,
The Sales commission:
A commission rate of 10% plus vat @23% for items up to €1000.
A commission rate of 5% plus vat @23% for items over €1000
All items to be paid in full within 24hrs of Auction.
Items to be collected within 2 days after the sale has closed
Some items may be sold “conditionally” which means the vendors consent will need to be given before the item is sold. If the vendor gives consent to sell the item you then are liable to pay for and collect your item.
In the event of a dispute, the Auctioneer reserves the right of settlement.
Anyone that makes a bid at any of our auctions is agreeing to these terms
