Join us for an easy to follow along class with gentle stretching, 5 simple Tai Chi movements, and closing with a guided/mindful meditation.
About this Event

Central Chapter of Indiana Native Plant Society welcomes you to a relaxing morning in nature where you will be led through gentle stretching, 5 simple Tai Chi movements, and closing with a guided/mindful meditation and some Tai Chi walking by Amy Hayden, Central Chapter INPS board member.

All abilities are able to attend, no experience necessary. LIMIT 15 attendees. Meet just outside of Nature Center entrance and the group will venture to the lawn area where exercises begin.

Bring a yoga mat or chair for meditation portion.

Learn to de-stress the mind and body while working on physical and mental balance.

Amy Hayden has been teaching Tai Chi for over 15 years. She has a Masters in Health Promotion Management and was a corporate health coach for 7 supporting many towards a better quality of life. She was trained and certified in the Tai Chi Easy program, the 5 Elements Qigong, along with mindful and guided meditation.

Admire plants in bloom while enjoying meditation.
