About this Event
November Forum
Plant 616 exists to connect, equip, and catalyze for the mission of the church in the 616.
Join the conversation at the Plant 616 Forum! Every second Wednesday we set the table for encouragement, learning, and inspiration. If you long to see the Gospel spread, the church of the 616 re-energized, and the city-wide church to link arms for our common mission, then we would love to have you join us to eat, pray, learn, and dream together. Our gatherings are filled with a diverse group of pastors, everyday disciples, marketplace leaders, and non-profit leaders. You are invited!
Forum Event Description: Mentoring the Next Generation
This month, we are hitting the road for a special Field Trip Forum!
We are thrilled to announce that the November 12th Forum will be held at the Our Daily Bread Ministries Headquarters.
We are diving into the critical topic of Mentoring the Next Generation by leveraging cutting-edge research.
Reclaim Today, a division of Our Daily Bread Ministries, exists to help young adults read and understand the Bible so they can hear from, know, and follow God in their everyday lives. As pastors and urban leaders, you know that discipling Gen Z and Millennials begins with understanding the key needs of this age group, as well as a commitment to mobilize them for Kingdom mission.
The Wellbeing Report Reclaim Today conducted The Wellbeing Report in 2023—a national study on the holistic wellbeing of 18-36 year olds across the USA. In partnership with the Center for Bible Engagement and Dr. Todd Hall, this report looks at eight crucial factors for wellbeing: social, emotional, technological, vocational, financial, educational, spiritual, and physical. Daniel Ryan Day and Luke Jones will present key findings from this report, as well as offer practical next steps on mentoring the next generation.
