This is the perfect time of year to dream, plan, and get inspired for the growing season ahead! We invite you to a fun and informative workshop all about creating your own unique medicinal garden with our own Master Herbalist & Wellness Coach, Lisa LeCuyer Kofakis, MH, NBC-HWC.
As seed catalogs begin to fill our mailboxes and thoughts turn toward Spring, this class offers the opportunity to learn which medicinal herbs are easy to grow right here in our area and how to get started with confidence. Whether you’re brand new to gardening or already have your hands in the soil, this workshop is designed to support and inspire.
If you’ve been curious about cultivating your own herbal remedies, deepening your connection to plants, or simply enjoying the joy of growing something meaningful, this workshop is for you. Come learn, laugh, and leave feeling empowered to start (or expand) your own medicinal garden. $35/person. Registration required.
