PLANNING FOR HIGH SCHOOL INFO SESSION - TUESDAY, AUGUST 26, AT 6:30 PMJoin me, Nicole Schumm, an ursa Home Ed Manager & 17+ year homeschooling mom of 3, for an in person discussion on what is required for a diploma or certificate of achievement, how to pursue just a few credits or no credits, some of the various ways to earn credits as a homeschooler, at what grade you can start and how long you can continue, some resource ideas, what may be involved when creating a course for credit proposal & portfolio with ursa, and more.
This FREE chat is aimed at families of students in grades 7 to 12, up to and including age 19; this is not an ursa specific event, but as an ursa HEM, I will able to provide more information about ursa than other school authorities & boards across Alberta.
Bring a pen, paper, and your questions! I booked the Calgary Nose Hill Library program room for 2 hours so we have lots of time to chat.
