Planksgiving Workout

Join us for Planksgiving - our favorite workout of the year! This special 45 minute Thanksgiving class will benefit the Pilsen Food Pantry - which aims to improve health and social outcomes through the distribution of fresh, culturally-appropriate food, clothing, housewares, and community events.

The class will be made up entirely of planking (mixing it up frequently) - yes we are serious (!) Entry is $15 - with 100% of proceeds going toward fundraising. This event is open to all :)

IN PERSON (1747 N Elston Ave, Chicago IL 60642)

• Please bring your own exercise mat if you want one (no equipment is needed)

• Plenty of free street parking available along Willow, Elston and our indoor parking garage (enter garage doors off of Willow)

VIA ZOOM

• Only yoga mat is needed

• We will provide the workout and call in details 12 hours prior to class time
