Monday 11/24 – Burn the Bird Challenge
Burn 100 calories in one workout for a chance to win 2 FREE personal training sessions! Just show proof to a trainer or the front desk to enter.
Tuesday 11/25 – Thanksgiving Group Fitness

Wednesday 11/26 – Planksgiving Challenge (Personal Training)
Test your strength and compete to hold the longest plank in your time slot!
