Welcome to PLANKS & THANKS | Rooftop Mat Pilates & Wellness Fair! Join us for a wellness filled morning on the beautiful rooftop at the new Soltara Apartments! We'll start with a full-body, spicy mat pilates session taught by Natasha and Courtney of BODYROK SB with beats by live DJ Truman! A Planksgiving Challenge may or may not be the finisher for class... with some really awesome prizes! ;) After the workout, we'll soak up the sunshine and the stunning rooftop views with our wellness fair featuring local vendors. Don't miss this opportunity to sweat, shop, and socialize with our amazing SB community as we celebrate this gratitude-filled season! We will also be collecting donations for the SB Food Bank at the event. See you there!
