This event is a great opportunity to taste through a wide range of fine wines that exemplify the modern wine industry in Australia. Across diverse climates and some of the oldest soils in the world, Australian wine producers are able to create incredibly elegant wines that express their unique terroirs with great precision and finesse, no longer allowing cheap large quantity wine production define them.

Sparkling, White, Orange, Rosé and Red wines will all be represented to showcase the stylistic perspectives of both classic and innovative winemakers across the country. Cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Rich Syrah/Shiraz, elegant and agable Grenache, and plenty of our favorite Italian varieties tasted will whow why many international wine publications are calling Australia the best investment in the global wine industry's future

For those of you who have joined us for these tastings over the years, then you know the drill! We'll be setting up 2 two-hour sessions in the Number 9 Lounge wherein you will have your own seated station. And rather than move about the space from one station to the next, our wine pros will circulate through the 30 wines a la round robin.

You'll receive an immersive (and fun!) experience tasting through the day's lineup - and will be rewarded with the usual brand of nicely discounted exclusives to take home.
