We set a revenue goal, jot down a few things we want to be different this year, and then run on a feeling about last year, hoping the next one will be better. If you don't plan 2027, you'll get 2026 again: the same hours, the same ceiling, the same surprises.

Plan Your 2027 is a half-day strategic planning session for business owners and leaders in any industry, whether you are in year two or year twenty, who are ready to stop winging it. In four focused hours, you will:

• Look honestly at where your business stands
• Decide where you want to be on December 31st
• Set goals for every part of your business and your life, not just revenue
• Break each goal into quarterly checkpoints
• Put your plan in front of a room of business owners who will tell you the truth
• Build the simple scorecard and quarterly reviews that keep it alive long after February

This is a working session, not a lecture. You build your plan in the room, and the room helps make it stronger.
