This workshop will focus on takeaways you can take with you directly into your next supermarket run or dinner prep:

Part 1. Plan smart

Plan your meals, but if you don’t have ideas, you can use our suggested shopping guide. We'll also set aside time to try out these ideas practically with creating a shopping list.

Part 2. Rethink food, Creatively

We will share how to be flexible with ingredients and that there is always a substitute to make the shopping/cooking process easier.

We'll also offer tips on how to change one little element of a meal to make the give it a completely different experience. This will create more variety for meals and less waste!
