1. Meet Diana: Meet and greet with Diana Conforti, the creator behind the Plan Over Mood app — hosted at Pharos Athletic Club in Echo Park.
2. Sweat Together: Move as a community in a high-energy HIIT workout guided by Diana. Expect the same intensity you've come to know from Diana, with the energy of a live room behind you. Open to all lifters, no matter your experience level.
3. Exclusive Gifting: Every attendee will receive gifted products from Gymshark and Transparent Labs
4. Fuel Up: Refreshments from a local LA vendor will be on hand to keep you going throughout the event.
