Come and explore the concept Reflect-Plan-Do with me. We will delve into exercises that are proven to accelerate learning and improve skill retention in many spheres of life, from academia and elite sports, to music learning and everything in between. I will be teaching you an upbeat choreography, applying Reflect-Plan-Do, to bring in the moment awareness and deliberateness to your dancing and how you practice.
