Plain Film Study Day

This is a Face to Face Study Day for Reporting Radiographers, Radiology Trainees and General Radiologists who are involved in reporting paediatric imaging.

The Faculty comprises of expert and experienced Consultant Paediatric Radiologists and Paediatric Radiology Fellows based at Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. Sessions with fewer than 35 delegates will take place at Alder Hey’s state of the art Education and Research Building in a purpose built Radiology Teaching Suite. Delegates will receive direct teaching practical image review using a digital viewing system on iMAC monitors.

This study day will focus on the paediatric plain film and will cover plain film imaging from the neonate to the adolescent and will include tips and tricks and what not to miss.

There will be opportunities throughout the day to review images, formulate reports and discuss findings with other delegates and members of the faculty.
